II. Delivery Time. Once an order is shipped, the exact delivery time depends on your shipping address and the selected logistics provider. Typically, the delivery period is 10–20 days from the date of shipment. This timeframe is an estimate; actual delivery times are subject to the logistics provider’s progress. This store assumes no direct liability for delays caused by logistics-related issues. Delivery times may be extended due to uncontrollable factors such as customs clearance, weather conditions, or peak shipping periods during holidays. We appreciate your patience.
Ⅲ Shipping Fees. We offer free shipping for orders with a total payment amount exceeding a certain threshold; the specific threshold is displayed on the checkout page. For orders that do not meet the free shipping threshold, shipping fees will be automatically calculated based on the weight of the items and the delivery address and displayed on the checkout page. For returns or exchanges initiated by the customer, the original shipping fees and return shipping fees will be borne by the customer.
IV. Regarding Shipping Tracking. After your order has been shipped, you can view the tracking number and real-time shipment status on the store’s order details page, or you may log in directly to the shipping carrier’s official website to track your package. If the shipping information has not been updated for more than seven business days, we recommend that you first contact the shipping carrier’s customer service for assistance. If the issue remains unresolved, please notify our customer service team promptly, and we will assist you in following up on the matter.
V. Important Notes Regarding Package Acceptance. Please be sure to inspect the outer packaging for damage immediately upon receiving the package. If you notice obvious damage, crushing, deformation, or signs of tampering, please take photos as evidence and reserve the right to refuse delivery. At the same time, please contact our customer service immediately to report the issue. If you have already signed for the package, it will be deemed that you have accepted the integrity of the package’s exterior. Subsequent claims regarding damage will be difficult to resolve regarding liability; we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Ⅵ Regarding Undeliverable Packages. If a package is returned due to an inaccurate address provided by you or the recipient being unreachable, we will contact you through our customer service channels to confirm the situation. You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with reshipping the item. If you decide you no longer need the items in this order, the original shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.
