Product prices and promotional information displayed on this store are for reference only; the actual transaction price shall be based on the amount shown by the system at the time of order placement. We strive to ensure all information is accurate, but in the event of an obvious error, this store reserves the right to contact you for confirmation or to cancel the order prior to shipment. After a successful order placement, you will receive an order confirmation notice; however, this does not constitute the formation of a contract. A formal sales contract between us and you is established only after the goods have been shipped.

III. Delivery and Acceptance. We will ship to the address you provide. Estimated delivery times are for reference only; actual delivery times are subject to the logistics company’s schedule. Please inspect the exterior of the package for damage before signing for it. If you discover any damage or missing items, please take photos as evidence, refuse to sign for the package, and contact our customer service immediately. Please understand that it will be difficult to determine liability for damage reported after signing for the package.

IV. Return and Exchange Policy. This store guarantees that within seven days of receipt, provided the item remains unopened, unused, and in a condition suitable for resale, you may request a return for any reason. If the item has a quality issue, please contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt and provide clear photos or videos. Upon verification, we will process your return or exchange and cover the corresponding shipping costs. Return or exchange requests based on personal preference may be accepted provided the items remain in resalable condition, but you will be responsible for the shipping costs. Custom-made items, intimate apparel, and sealed items that have been opened are not eligible for returns without cause.

Ⅴ Limitation of Liability. This store is only liable for direct losses and shall not be liable for any indirect losses or loss of anticipated profits. In the event of service interruptions or delivery delays caused by force majeure, we will make every effort to notify you and coordinate a resolution, but we shall not be liable for breach of contract.

Ⅵ Amendment of Terms and Notices. This store reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. The amended terms will be posted on this page. Your continued use of this store’s services shall be deemed acceptance of the amended terms.

Ⅶ Governing Law and Dispute Resolution. The interpretation and enforcement of these terms shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. In the event of any dispute, both parties shall resolve it through friendly consultation; if such consultation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the People’s Court having jurisdiction over the location of this store.

Ⅷ Miscellaneous. If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
